Providing there is
availability, Standby Seats, must be paid in advance in order to
ensure your seat. In the event that the seat is not available for your
desired class, transfer to another class or full refund shall be available. However, if your Standby
status has been confirmed for your desired class date, no refund will be
available.

Our classes are conducted in a retreat, workshop environment.
Wholesome snacks that include fruit, vegetables, cheese, crackers, cold
cuts etc. are provided as well as frequent breaks (about every
hour for 10 minutes).

Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the
Cancellation Policy listed below. You agree that you are of legal age
to enter into this agreement.
Following
a reservation, you will receive by mail, fax or e-mail:
· An email letter of confirmation, unless otherwise indicated
· Directions to the class location
· Information regarding how to prepare for the class
· Other pertinent information pertaining to your class
You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card guarantee. All
credit cards are run immediately for the classes you wish to purchase. We
accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Money orders. We
will accept a personal or company check, but it must be in our hands no
later than the day after you make your reservation.
Notice of Cancellation: In the event that your personal availability
precludes you from attending, and/or you must cancel your reservation;
please do so prior to fourteen (14) days before your scheduled class
begins, in order to be eligible for rescheduling or full refund less
processing fee. The fee for rescheduling is $160 per person. The full
refund processing fee is $75 per person. For all cancellations less
than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of class;
rescheduling and refund will not be available. No exceptions. All refunds
will be processed within 30 (thirty) days.
